Education
Ryan is a graduate of
the University of Windsor and Acadia University, having received his
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Windsor and having received his
Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKIN Sports Management) degree at Acadia. He was
called to the Bar in 2007 and maintains his skills by attending continuing
education programs offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Experience
Ryan has practiced law
in St. Catharines since 2007. Currently, he is a member of the
corporate/commercial team at Lancaster, Brooks & Welch. In this capacity,
Ryan provides advice regarding the various methods of carrying on a
business. He also assists in the incorporation and organization of
companies and drafts security agreements, shareholder agreements, leases
and other documents of a corporate or commercial nature for his clients.
Ryan handles residential and commercial real estate transactions,
including the preparation of deeds and mortgages. Estate planning,
including the drafting of wills and powers of attorney are also within
Ryan’s experience.
